Andrew is the vice president of the Montgomery-Radford Bar Association and was voted as a Rising Star lawyer in Virginia by Super Lawyers Magazine from 2013-2016. Rachel holds a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing and leadership. She owns and manages multiple businesses and has assisted thousands of entrepreneurs with business and marketing strategy over the last decade and hosts a #6 iTunes podcast. Andrew P. Connors, Partner & Attorney

Andrew P. Connors is a Virginia business attorney and the principal attorney at Connors Law. He focuses his practice on business law, intellectual property law, contracts, civil litigation, and appeals. As a litigator, he has represented clients in all state trial courts in Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia, the Court of Appeals of Virginia, including the full Court of Appeals sitting en banc, and the Supreme Court of Virginia. He has handled cases involving all kinds of intellectual property matters, including trademark, trade secret, patent, and copyright suits or potential suits. His business counseling practice focuses on business formation, intellectual property protection, intellectual property licensing, and contract drafting, including technology-related contract and licensing agreements. As a former software developer and business consultant on government contracts, Andrew understands the particular needs of technology-related businesses.

Rachel V. Brenke, Partner & Attorney

Rachel Brenke is a Texas and Virginia business attorney who works with Connors Law remotely from northern Virginia. She focuses her practice on business law, intellectual property law, and contracts. As a transactional attorney, she has worked with clients to legally set up their businesses and protect their intellectual property. As an MBA and business consultant, her legal advice is often intertwined with business and marketing strategies. She has been a business consultant for ten years and understands the needs and desires of small business owners.

Caroline Fox, Of Counsel Attorney

Caroline has worked in the creative world for a long time. With an undergraduate degree in public relations, she's put in time on both sides of the creative spectrum. As an attorney, she's helped companies both large and small incorporate, tighten up contracts, protect trademarks and copyrights, and resolve disputes. She's worked inside major corporations and both medium and small firms, as well as for The Federal Judicial Center in DC. You can find her teaching at conferences and in the classroom to creatives and attorneys alike. Previous industry experience comes from companies like Crispin Porter+ Bogusky, Sony Music, and the Future of Music Coalition on brands like Microsoft, Kraft, Jello, Dominos, and Burger King. Caroline is a native of the Eastern Shore of Maryland, but currently resides in Richmond, Virginia with her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She enjoys hot yoga, paddle boarding, and co-hosting a podcast focused on female business owners.

Elizabeth Sagebiel, Client Relations and Legal Support

Beth graduated from Virginia Tech in 2017 with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Literature. She has worked as an intern in the Corporate Responsibility Communications department at Eli Lilly and Company, an international pharmaceutical company. As a communicator, Beth uses her skills to effectively communicate with clients at Connors Law and ensure they are up-to-date on case proceedings.<br /> A Seattle, Washington native, Beth’s family moved across the country to the one-stoplight town of Floyd, Virginia when she was in elementary school. She grew up walking to school and playing in the backyard with her little sister, Caroline. She moved to Blacksburg for college in 2013. Her three true loves are coffee, Hokie football, and her fiancé, Nate.

Allison Connors, Firm Administrator

Allison graduated from Virginia Tech in 2006 with a degree in Marketing Management. After completing her undergraduate degree she has worked in Banking for Wachovia Bank, and has been an employee at two different colleges in the Financial Aid department. Allison also received her Master’s Degree from Liberty University in 2012. Allison was born and raised in the Tidewater Area. She moved to Blacksburg in 2002 to attend college at Virginia Tech and upon completion of her undergraduate degree has lived all over the state of Virginia; including Gloucester, Northern Virginia, Lynchburg, and the NRV. In addition to her work at Connors Law, Allison also owns a business called Corinthian Creations where she specializes in refinishing furniture and home/office design. She enjoys spending free time with her boys and watching football. Go Hokies!
